Terminology

Chakras: Energy centres in your body that run from the top of your head to the base of the spine. There are seven major chakras, each with a corresponding with a specific colour and area of the body. It is believed that balancing your chakras allows your body and mind to work at their optimal level.

Location: Base of the spine/tailbone area
Emotional/Spiritual Association: Safety necessities such as; food, stability, financial independence, belonging
Physical Association: Spine, rectum, legs, arms, circulatory system
