Terminology

Flower of Life: Believed to represent the cycle of creation and how all life comes from one singular source.

Chakras:Energy centres in your body that run from the top of your head to the base of the spine. There are seven major chakras, each corresponding with a specific colour and area of the body. It is believed that balancing your chakras allows your body and mind to work at their optimal level.

Sacred geometry: designs based on certain geometric proportions found in the natural world (snail shells, snowflakes, a flower's petals). Some believe that the presence of sacred geometry in the natural world implies the world was created by a higher power.

Crystal Grids: A design used to arrange and charge gemstones to amplify their energy. Commonly used for meditations and rituals.
